IOUCollector Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026. Applies to IOUCollector for iOS, version 1.0.

The short version

IOUCollector collects no data. The app has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no ads. Your cards, photos, and notes stay on your device. We never see them.

What the app stores

Everything you add to IOUCollector, including card photos, card details, statuses, and favorites, is stored in a local database on your device. This data is not uploaded, synced, or shared. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

Camera and photo library

The app asks for camera access so you can photograph cards, and photo library access so you can pick existing photos. The photos you choose are saved only in the app’s local storage on your device. The app does not scan or upload your photo library.

What we collect

Nothing. IOUCollector sends no personal data to IOUMore or to anyone else. There is no tracking, no advertising identifier use, and no third-party analytics.

Future cloud backup (optional)

A future version will offer an optional backup that syncs your binder to a free IOUHome account. That feature is opt-in. If you use it, the synced data will be handled under the IOUHome privacy policy, which will be linked from this page when the feature ships. Nothing syncs unless you sign in and turn it on.

Children

IOUCollector is a general-audience app. Because it collects no data, no personal information is collected from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes what the app collects, we will update this page and the app’s App Store privacy label before that version ships.
